Sports
The Stephanie Sea House is the ideal place to widen the possibilities of practising non-conventional sports.
Beach Volley
The SSH has a beach volley field right on the beach.
Tennis
Not far away from the resort there are several hard courts, where you can practise tennis.
Kitesurf
Our beach is ideal for this activity: there are constant winds of 18 - 20 knots all year long, on the inside of the barriers the sea is calm, and outside them is very wavy; in fact, our beach has had the privilege of hosting the Italian champions Fabio Balini (see picture) and Pierluigi Capozzi, who chose the Stephanie Resort for their training during winter.
Diving
We offer a staff of PADI instructors available to give lessons to whoever wish to begin this activity and would like to obtain the licence.
We also have a staff available to give lessons in our pool and when ready, you can go diving through the beautiful marine park.
Depth Fishing
In the Stephanie Resort we organize beautiful depth fishing venues with well-equipped boats and professional staff. In this waters you can frequently find beautiful fish such as blue marlin, black marlin, sail fish, tuna, barracuda and sharks as well.
For further information, don't hesitate and contact us, we'll be more than happy to satisfy the requirements that you may have.
Excursions
For those who wish to remain near the hotel, we organize beautiful walks and excursion for one day only.
Among a wide set of possibilities, we suggest the visit to the Maiungu atoll, where you'll be able to see starfish, fish of all kinds and eat fresh lobsters on the boat, sailing through crystal waters.
Another beautiful day trip that we organize, is the "che chale" one, in Swahili means "golden sand". One of the excursions that you should not miss is the one to the Portuguese city of "Gede", currently inhabited only by primates.
Horseback riding
All of our excursions may be organized exclusively by horse. Don't miss the opportunity of a wonderful ride on the shore of one of our splendid beaches of the Indian Ocean.
